“I am loved simply because I exist.”
FORMENTERA
YOUR IDEAL WAY TO START YOUR DAY?
My ideal way to wake up is to exercise to activate the lymphatic system in bed, a gentle and relaxing form of yoga, bed yoga. Followed by oil pulling to reduce oral bacterial filtration (while I make my bed and shower). In the shower, I do skincare and oil cleansing. I don't use soap, just body oil. After the shower I prepare warm water with apple cider vinegar and seawater. Then, I have a high-protein breakfast and nutritional supplements.
I start my day with a prayer and meditation. My mantras this year are:
"I own nothing, but everything is mine!"
"I am loved simply because I exist."
"I love myself, I accept myself as I am."
"I don't chase; I attract all the good into my life."
WHEN DO YOU FEEL CREATIVELY MOST FULLFILLED?
When I am in a contemplative state in nature and when I perform somatic dance movements at home.
HOW DO YOU MOVE THROUGH MENTAL OR CREATIVE BLOCKS?
By discovering the invisible language of nature.
WHAT DOES GROWTHMEAN TO YOU?
Growth for me means understanding that I am the creator of my reality.
WHAT RESOURCES, TOOLS AND PRACTISES WORK FOR YOU TO SUPPORT YOUR GROWTH?
Walks in nature, mantras that make me feel good, positive thinking and meditation. Moving my body, whether it's dancing or strength training, or walking quietly through nature.
Nourishing myself in a healthy way, not just with organic foods for my physical body, but also what I talk about, what I read, the types of friends I interact with, and what I choose to watch.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
I don't read much these days, but basically all my life I've turned to personal growth books and alternative therapies.
“Growth for me means understanding that I am the creator of my reality. ”

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
To have my own creative path without copying or trying to be like someone else.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
I'm trying to find my creative focus in regards to my life experience. Notes for creating a self-care manual accessible to anyone who needs it. Sharing my habits and what, in my personal experience, has helped me overcome physical illness and trauma.
WHAT INSPIRES YOUR CURRENT WORK?
Observation, silence and connection with the elements of nature and myself.
WHAT CHALLENGE(S) ARE YOU CURRENTLY FACING?
Excessive technology and social media, and staying focused on my own needs to avoid being influenced by social media.
HOW WILL YOU OVERCOME THIS CHALLENGE(S)?
Disconnecting from technology and creating healthy habits.
“I move through mental blocks by discovering the invisible language of nature. ”

YOUR MORNING AND/OR NIGHTTIME RITUALS?
Following the circadian rhythm and getting up as early as my body is ready. Seawater and apple cider vinegar, and a protein diet in the morning.
Last dinner before sunset and avoiding blue light in the evening.
YOUR FAVOURITE WELLBEING / SELF-CARE PRODUCTS?
Grounding myself every day. Movement of my body, dancing, walking in nature and physical exercise. I swear by seawater and apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning and oral oil pulling.
I only use organic cosmetics and I have a healthy diet high in protein and plenty of vegetables.
Healthy relationships, few but very good friends.
WHAT RELAXES YOU? HOW DO YOU CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM?
Nature, listening to music, dancing at home, sometimes attending ecstatic dance sessions.
WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT THE FUTURE?
Living in nature.
“Beauty is in presence. It is an inner calm, a true smile, a word that comes from the heart.”
