EVA & GUENDALINA

“Engaging in conversations, hearing different approaches, and sharing experiences not only inspires me but also helps me see my own work in new ways.

LONDON

YOUR IDEAL WAY TO START YOUR DAY?

My ideal morning is waking up slowly in a beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. But to be realistic, I mostly enjoy slow mornings at home with my jasmine green tea and a bagel with smoked salmon, before work.

WHEN DO YOU FEEL CREATIVELY MOST FULLFILLED?

I feel most creatively fulfilled when I meet people in my field and have the opportunity to exchange ideas and perspectives with them. Engaging in conversations, hearing different approaches, and sharing experiences not only inspires me but also helps me see my own work in new ways. These interactions spark fresh ideas and motivate me to push my creative boundaries.

HOW DO MOVE THROUGH MENTAL OR CREATIVE BLOCKS?

As someone who likes to have everything under control, I feel that sometimes letting go actually helps me clarify my thoughts. I also have weekly therapy sessions, which help me understand my direction and figure out the best way to move forward.

WHAT DOES GROWTH MEAN TO YOU?

Evolving, making mistakes, and learning from them.

WHAT RESOURCES, TOOLS AND PRACTISES WORK FOR YOU TO SUPPORT YOUR GROWTH?

I support my growth by staying connected with people I trust and value, and by engaging in conversations with my clients, who consistently inspire me and offer new perspectives. Reading and keeping myself informed are also fundamental, as they help me remain curious, aware, and open to new ideas.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins.

“It has to make sense and it needs to be aligned, this is my policy for everything..

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

The things I am most proud of are my clinic and my team.

How has your perspective of success changed from when you first started?

When I have first started I was very naive and I had no idea of what would have happen and how quickly, so I wasn’t really looking at success but more at making sure I was doing the right thing, now I feel extremely privileged, but the more I grow and the more I feel like success doesn’t define me, I’m doing what I love because it’s my dream to do it, sometimes I don’t understand how much I’m doing until someone reminds it to me.

WHAT INSPIRES YOUR CURRENT WORK?

I get inspired a lot by all the things that I want to build in the future, that keeps me motivated and going.

What is the most non-negotiable part of your business culture?

It has to make sense and it needs to be aligned, this is my policy, for everything, and I’ve actually learnt that is not always a common thing. For partnerships, for experiences, for branding, it has to make sense — if it doesn’t, then I will not do it.

What advice would you give to someone wanting to become an entrepreneur?

It’s a very difficult question as I’ve always done things in a very organic way, I would say, trust your gut and risk it.

YOUR MORNING AND/OR NIGHTTIME RITUALS?

I don’t really have rituals as I’m a very simple person, but I do like to wait for my husband to get home to have a chamomile together before going to bed while I have my mask on and always take my magnesium supplements.

YOUR FAVOURITE WELLBEING / SELF-CARE PRODUCTS?

Unfortunately being in this industry we don’t have a lot of time to dedicate to ourselves, but I do try to have body or face treatments with my team every month or so, and I am extremely good at home with my LED light and face taping.

WHAT RELAXES YOU? HOW DO YOU CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM?

I love to go for long walks, I live by the river and that really calms me and grounds me all the time.

WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT THE FUTURE?

Everything, at the moment, everything excites me. But I still can’t share much about it.
