“I feel most creatively fulfilled in moments of stillness and daydreaming, when I’m in a safe space that allows my imagination to wander freely and new ideas to emerge.”
LONDON
YOUR IDEAL WAY TO START YOUR DAY?
My morning begins with waking up next to my husband and young daughter. I then move my body with a refreshing run, followed by an invigorating wild swim in the sea. This ritual resets my body and mind, leaving me centered, energized, and ready to embrace the day ahead.
WHEN DO YOU FEEL CREATIVELY MOST FULLFILLED?
I feel most creatively fulfilled in moments of stillness and daydreaming, when I’m in a safe space that allows my imagination to wander freely and new ideas to emerge.
HOW DO MOVE THROUGH MENTAL OR CREATIVE BLOCKS?
When I face mental or creative blocks, I move through them by seeking fresh inspiration — exploring new activities, collaborating with others, and inviting play into my process. Experimenting with new styles and breaking routines helps me spark new ideas and flow again.
WHAT DOES GROWTH MEAN TO YOU?
Growth means becoming a stronger and more confident version of myself, step by step. It’s about learning new things, facing challenges, and building resilience. It also means caring for my mental and emotional health, so I can move forward in a positive and steady way.
WHAT RESOURCES, TOOLS AND PRACTISES WORK FOR YOU TO SUPPORT YOUR GROWTH?
My growth is supported by the foundation of my educational background, which I merge with everything that surrounds me. A strong family support system builds my confidence, while inspiration flows from colleagues, my community, social media, and the wider world around me. In a moment of hitting a plateau, I joined an intimate group mentoring experience with Eva.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
At the moment, my reading life is all about my daughter’s books. Every night at bedtime, I’m learning to read alongside her, rediscovering stories through fresh eyes. My usual literature has been put on pause, but this little shared ritual is its own kind of learning and magic.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
I’m proud of being a mother and watching my daughter grow into such a beautiful person—something I couldn’t have done without my husband by my side. I’m also proud of the life I’ve built for myself.
Growing up in Colombia in the 1980s, in the midst of conflict, opportunities were so limited, and yet here I am today. Every step I’ve taken, every obstacle I’ve overcome, has brought me here, and I honor the strength and resilience that have made me who I am today.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
This year has brought big changes in the industry, and I’m channeling that energy into reshaping and reinventing myself. I’m exploring how to combine my existing skills with new trends, experimenting and adapting to create work that is both relevant and true to my vision.
WHAT INSPIRES YOUR CURRENT WORK?
Since moving to Brighton, the sea has become a powerful source of creative inspiration, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my work. I’m also shifting toward embracing natural beauty over overly elaborate images, inspired by the wonderful women around me.
My daughter is a constant source of inspiration, sparking a new niche in my career. The exciting challenge now is to merge my established fashion background with a fresh, modern approach to children’s portraits.
WHAT CHALLENGE(S) ARE YOU CURRENTLY FACING?
Coming from an analogue photography background, I transitioned to digital at just the right time, and now I’m navigating the challenge of adapting to AI.
As a model, I’m at a crossroads — deciding whether to preserve the image I’ve built over the past decade or step confidently into the next chapter as a classic model.
HOW WILL YOU OVERCOME THIS CHALLENGE(S)?
I will overcome these challenges by staying curious and open to learning —considering AI as a tool to expand my photography practice. As a model, I will honor the image I’ve built while confidently embracing this new chapter of my career.

YOUR MORNING AND/OR NIGHTTIME RITUALS?
Morning Rituals: On days off or when working from home, I start by getting my daughter ready and taking her to school. After that, I go for an 8–12 km run, and sometimes a refreshing wild sea swim. I follow with a cold shower, my skincare routine, and then catch up on emails and work.
Evening Rituals: Evenings are about reconnecting with my husband over dinner and sharing the day’s moments. Then it’s bath time, story time, and stretching with my daughter before bed. I finish with my skincare routine and catch up on any work if needed.
YOUR FAVOURITE WELLBEING / SELF-CARE PRODUCTS?
Cold water showers, drinking lots of water. Nutritional via Multi- Collagen blend, Oats and Matcha teas. For my face I use a serum, moisturiser and UV sun protection even in the winter. For my body — a firming and nourishing body butter.
WHAT RELAXES YOU? HOW DO YOU CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM?
My own little sanctuary of calming things are: Cuddling with my daughter and inhaling her sweet scent. Spending quality time with my husband. Listening to the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Diving into photography books. Organizing and decluttering my space, as well as treating myself ice to a glass of wine every now and then…
WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT THE FUTURE?
I find myself thinking about world peace and the damage we are doing to the environment. To avoid being overwhelmed, I want to peacefully embrace my personal hopes for the future, like looking forward to seeing my daughter become a self-sufficient, curious, and kind person. I also hope to grow and age with my husband, exploring the rest of the world we haven't seen, and hopefully one day, making it to the moon.
“Every step I’ve taken, every obstacle I’ve overcome, has brought me here, and I honor the strength and resilience that have made me who I am today.”
