YOUR IDEAL WAY TO START YOUR DAY?

I wake very early, giving myself a moment to clear my thoughts and align with what I want—and need—to achieve. I set my week’s intentions in advance, but each day requires fresh preparation.

While doing this, I drink The Ultimate Foundation, our 100% organic-certified formula that provides the nutrients I need and strengthens my vitality. Then, I have only a few minutes for myself before I’m holding space for three children and setting the tone for their day. My mornings are full of needs, questions, breakfast prep, and finding tennis rackets from my boys etc.

Still, I try to be present. Even lighting a candle what I always do and taking a few breaths while the kettle boils anchors me. It’s not always perfect or quiet, but it’s real. And there’s beauty in that.

WHEN DO YOU FEEL CREATIVELY MOST FULLFILLED?

Creativity isn’t a performance; it naturally emerges when I’m in coherence with myself. It’s an essence, a direct link to a higher world.

HOW DO MOVE THROUGH MENTAL OR CREATIVE BLOCKS?

At first, I often get frustrated; I can be too hard on myself. But then I stop pushing. I return to my body, to movement. Running helps me transform blocked thoughts into fluent, flowing energy.  Often, blocks are simply signs that we’ve left ourselves, our rhythm, our breath, and our needs. When I listen more closely, the answers usually come in the quiet.

WHAT DOES GROWTHMEAN TO YOU?

Growth means alignment. It is not expansion for its own sake but in the direction of truth. It’s about refining, pruning, and becoming more fully yourself. Sometimes, that looks like slowing down or saying no. Parting ways with people who wants where close and inviting new concepts which are totally unknown to us till then.

WHAT RESOURCES, TOOLS AND PRACTISES WORK FOR YOU TO SUPPORT YOUR GROWTH?

Daily rituals, seasonal check-ins, and honest conversations with people who hold me to my highest. Biography work is also essential; it keeps me anchored in the bigger picture of my life and its phases. Life Charts and goal setting are key to me.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

I always have a few books open at once. I'm reading The Recovery of Man in Childhood by A.C. Harwood and The Human Being and the Animal World by Bockemühl. I also often return to Steiner and Rilke.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

My four children, three most beautiful boys, and my fourth neoNutritions. Not just the formulas but also the integrity and research behind them. We are creating something that feels fully aligned with nature, our values, and the kind of future we want to live in based on science and resurge of old medical practices in Ayurvedic , TCM and Anthroposophyc medicine

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?

We’re developing new formulations that address emotional resilience through plant intelligence. We’re also creating deeper educational content to help people reconnect to themselves through nourishment, science, and remembrance. To see that it’s possible to create a 100% organic super clean formulas is incredible…

WHAT INSPIRES YOUR CURRENT WORK?

         You— You inspire me.

Every moment of experience is taking and becomes inspiration. I meet people ready to choose differently, turning away from distraction toward presence and wanting to nourish themselves with clarity and intention. Tired of the noise.

WHAT CHALLENGE(S) ARE YOU CURRENTLY FACING?

Balancing depth with the demands of business. The work asks for spaciousness, but the world rewards speed. It’s a constant practice to stay centred and not get pulled into urgency.

HOW WILL YOU OVERCOME THIS CHALLENGE(S)?

By staying in rhythm. By continuing to build a team that shares the same values. And by remembering that slowness isn’t a weakness; it’s a strategy for sustainability and integrity, building my muscle of patience..

YOUR MORNING AND/OR NIGHTTIME RITUALS?

Morning: Ultimate Foundation, fresh air, natural Sun light. Dry brushing and a short cold shower.

Evening: candlelight, herbal tea, and a short practice of gratitude or review. I often ask myself, "Where was I most authentic today?"

YOUR FAVOURITE WELLBEING / SELF-CARE PRODUCTS?

neoNutritions, of course, taken with intention and as an commitment to myself. Also, walking barefoot in my garden first thing in the morning. My grandmother used to do it with me all the time… It’s one of my favourites , regular bodywork, and being present even when uncomfortable.

Rest is an act of resistance and regeneration. And lastly, healthy food. When I eat well, it makes me feel productive, focused and ready to accomplish more.

WHAT RELAXES YOU? HOW DO YOU CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM?

Being near trees. Sitting by a river. Sounds of water or the breathing of my children while their are sleeping… Long, slow exhalations. And being around people who expect nothing but presence, not performance.

ONE THING YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCORPORATE INTO YOUR DAY/WEEK?

More music. More spontaneous movement.

WHAT EXCITES YOU ABOUT THE FUTURE?

More people are waking up to the fact that we’re asking more profound questions about how we live, what we consume, and who we want to become. I believe we’re returning to a more honest way of living. Building a community around neoNutritions that reflects this shift excites me deeply.
